Susan is the Logan County Programs Manager with Family Builders, and has been with OPLC since its inception. She brings her experience of working with sexual assault victims and community outreach to the committee. She is in her second term as chair.
Michelle Stansel is the Prevention & Advocacy Coordinator for Project Speak, the violence prevention program at the University of Central Oklahoma. She has worked in the field of sexual assault & domestic violence advocacy for 7 years. She joined OPLC in 2013, and in 2016 was elected as co-chair.
Prevention Coordinator, OCADVSA
Mackenzie Masilon is the Rape Prevention Education Coordinator at the Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault. She provides technical assistance to the 6 RPE programs throughout the state, and organizes the OPLC meetings.
The Oklahoma Prevention Leadership Committee assists Oklahoma prevention programs to identify, implement, and evaluate evidence based strategies to increase knowledge and end violence.
The Oklahoma Prevention Leadership Committee (OPLC) was formed in order to develop and implement a statewide plan for the purpose of preventing sexual violence. Focusing on primary prevention using the Socio-Ecological Model, the OPLC identifies best practices to reduce sexual violence while evaluating the outcomes of prevention methods. The OPLC is a part of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Rape Prevention and Education program (RPE), which provides states with grants to begin or continue primary prevention of sexual violence.

We focus on reducing risk factors for perpetration of both sexual and domestic violence by focusing on these 4 focus areas.
